Jen - Salt StylingWe had our wedding party in Shankill and Jackrabbit did the catering for 130 people. We wanted the food to be the main event at our wedding and Ian did not disappoint. From our first meeting with Ian he had a clear understanding of what we wanted for our guests. He took note of what food we liked and came back to us with a menu that we loved immediately.From our first meeting with Ian right up to our last we knew we were in very capable hands. On the day of the party the food truck arrived and Ian’s team were immediately put to work. We had a large selection of canapés that were served as the guests arrived. Each one more delicious than the last. Then for the main meal of the day we had three options which made for hard decisions for all of our guests. We received all positive feedback from all of our guests, some even said it was the best meal they have ever had. We could not recommend Jackrabbit more highly for any event or party.
